Child Policy

Children (0-12.99 years) sharing a villa with their parents:

• Maximum 1 baby cot in the bedroom or 1 chargeable rollaway bed in the living room
• Turtle Kids Club is available in the Resort from 0900-1800hrs

 

Additional Person

Additional person will be allowed as per bedding policy. The following charges apply:

• Infant (0– 2.99 years) - Baby cot is complimentary
• Child (3–12.99 years) - Existing setting in the villa and sharing with 02 paying adults; Supplement for Fullboard is at USD 91 per child per night; Rollaway Bed and Supplement for Fullboard is chargeable at USD 249 nett per child per night
• Adult (13 & above) - Low: USD 449 nett per person per night (Rollaway bed and Fullboard meal plan); High/Festive: USD 543 nett per person per night (Rollaway bed and Fullboard meal plan)

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation is subject to the following cancellation fees:

• Low Season: 100% within fifteen (15) days prior to arrival date
• High Season: 100% within twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival date
• Festive Season: 100% within sixty (60) days prior to arrival date.
• No-shows are subject to a payment of 100% of the total stay.
• There will be no refund on early departure except in the case of emergency and is subject for approval.

 

Standard All Inclusive (SAI) Meal Plan

The meal plan will commence from your arrival day at Check-in time 2:00pm and conclude on your departure day at Check-out time 12:00pm. The meal plan is non-transferrable or cannot be combined with other special promotions.
