The Dagala Thousand Lakes Trek requires a moderate level of fitness and is suitable for active travellers looking for their first multi-day Himalayan trekking experience.
Expect 4 to 6 hours of trekking on most days, with gradual ascents, some steep sections, and elevations reaching approximately 4,500 metres. No previous trekking experience is required, but you should be comfortable walking for several consecutive days on uneven mountain trails.
