Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival
Arrival in Hanoi International Airport. You will be meet by our professional guide who will escort the group to the hotel to check in.
Visit Hoan Kiem Lake (Gather at hotel lobby at 5.00pm)
After check-in, we will take a leisure walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, is a serene oasis in the heart of the bustling city. The iconic Red Bridge, known as The Huc, is a vibrant scarlet wooden bridge leading to Ngoc Son Temple.
The bridge’s brilliant color and the temple’s historic significance make it a captivating subject for artists. The tranquil surroundings and cultural heritage of this spot offer endless inspiration for sketching and drawing.
Visit Hanoi Old Quarter
After that, we will head back to the hotel on foot and strolling through the Hanoi Old Quarter. This is a historic district in the heart of Hanoi.
It is known for its narrow street, traditional architecture, and a bustling atmosphere. Unique attractions include street markets, ancient temples and local street food and shops and be immersed in the the bustling atmosphere.
Sketching is possible in the old quarter with the picturesque scenes if you like the bustling street feeling.

Day 2
Let’s have a piping hot Pho for breakfast before heading to Cong Café for a cup of Vietnamese coffee. Gather at the hotel lobby at 8.00am.
Big Church of Hanoi
The big church in Hanoi is known as St. Joseph Cathedral, a prominent Catholic and it is built in the late 19th century. It features neo-Gothic architecture with towering spires and glass tainted windows. The cathedral is unique and picturesque landmark to explore, with its striking design and serene atmosphere. Visitors are often welcome to sketch the exterior.
Art exchange with local artist Bui Mai Hien and community
After lunch, we will have the honor to meet up with Artist Bui Mai Hien who is a Vietnamese contemporary artist known for her captivating and intricate paper-cut art. Her work is renowned for its delicate craftsmanship and intricate storytelling, often drawing inspiration from its local culture and folklore. She has gained recognition for her unique fusion of traditional techniques with modern themes. Meeting her for an art exchange and collaborative drawing could be an inspiring and a valuable opportunity to learn and collaborate on creative projects.
Dinner
Cha Ca Thang Long is a renowned Vietnamese restaurant offering a delectable specialty, Cha Ca, a turmeric-marinated fish dish served with fragrant herbs, rice noodles and fish sauce. A visit here promises an authentic, flavorful experience in a delightful ambiance, making it a must try. After dinner, return to the hotel and

Tam Coc, often called “Halong Bay on land”, it features limestone formations and a serene riverboat ride through rice paddies. Disembark the boat and enjoy a follow a village trail to reach Thai Vi temple. Start 2 hours draw at Thai Vi temple
Bich Dong, King as the “Vietnam’s second most beautiful grotto”. The grotto is adorned with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites of different shapes and colors.
