REFUND & CANCELLATION

If you or any of your party wish to cancel your reservation or booking, you must notify us through electronic mail or phone call. Cancellation charges and policy may apply. Please refer to the travel product individual page for the charges and policy.

LIABILITY

We do not own or control hotels, resorts, cruises or other facilities mentioned in the travel product pages. As an operator of the package tour therefore, we cannot be held liable.

1. Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier or agents.
2. Where the failures in performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
3. Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the provision of the tour and is unforeseeable or unavoidable.
4. Where the failures are due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control.

However, we do take all reasonable steps to ensure that the organization maintains standards and provide a service that is acceptable to the customers.
